Our Story

Hi, I’m Carvil!

I’m a Jamaica-born flavor enthusiast who loves cooking, grilling, and experimenting with bold spices. I was introduced to kombucha in 2021, and what started as curiosity quickly turned into a passion for brewing. After getting my own SCOBY, I began crafting kombucha at home and sharing it with family and friends—eventually growing into Jam’bucha Kombucha. I’m driven by creating bold, tropical flavours, keeping things low in sugar, and sharing something refreshing and meaningful with others.

After years of small-batch brewing, my wife Alexandra and I recently moved to an acreage just outside of Saskatoon, SK, where we’ve been able to expand production. One of my favourite parts of this journey is the connections—meeting amazing customers, fellow business owners, and building community through something as simple as a great drink.
